About 500 TV stations in the USA plans to switch their broadcasting schemes to Digital mode today, February 17, 2009. This is a few months early from the June 2 deadline by the FCC, but were approved nonetheless. If you are in the US and you suddenly lose the TV signal of your favorite channels, then it can only mean that you are still using analog TV. You can buy Digital HDTVs in the nearest store, or you might want to purchase a Digital-to-Analog converter (DA converter) and connect this to your old TV.

Here’s the list of TV stations that are going to make the early switch to Digital and which will make High Definition (HDTV) broadcast available to its users.
