Kelly Pavlik vs Bernard Hopkins Live Video Feed

The long-time champion Bernard “The Executioner” Hopkins will try to get the middleweight belt again by defeating Kelly “The Ghost” Pavlik in this Saturday’s fight (October 18, 2008) at The Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City, N.J. This fight will be broadcasted on live streaming video by HBO Pay-Per-View. his promises to be oe of the best fights of the year and so you will have to shell out some money if you want to watch it live.

My prediction and hope for this fight is for Kelly Pavlik to work on Hopkins early and give him a round 6 knockout. Pavlik is an offensive boxer and likes to meet his opponent head-on, while Hopkins want to bide his time and settle for grabs and other dirty tactics. In their last press conference, Hopkins was his old self again and tries to get Pavlik to a mouth fight by saying that once he takes out Pavlik’s right hand, there will no more be a bullet in Pavlik’s revolver. Pavlik though is very professional and you can clearly see his humility coming from a small town in Youngstown, Ohio, and said he never predicted to KO Hopkins, only to do his best to win the fight.
