Playing for the American All-Stars, Josh Hamilton breaks the previous record of 24 homeruns set in 2005 by waywarding 28 big homeruns, one of which went as far as 518 yards, the third longest in Home Run Derby history. I’ve watched the video of the home runs many times, and I couldn’t believe one person can possess that much power. Josh Hamilton went back from an alcohol and drug dependency and proved to the world that he is an All-Star.
Here’s the video where Josh Hamilton broke the record.
And another which features his earlier home runs (commentator in Spanish).
